We will never eat there again due to the response of the manager and how she handled the situation.

My family and I always loved eating here. It was our go-to for New Mexican food. So we've given them a lot of business over the years.

Today's stop was for the baked goods (although their Mexican food and tortillas are yummy too). Fritter AHHMAZING! Plain glazed awesome! I picked up a piece of slab peach pie but am saving it for breakfast tomorrow! Staff is always so friendly!

The food isn't the problem here. In fact, in my personal opinion, it's the only reason they thrive and are still doing remarkably well. The crappy attitudes of the waiters or waitresses is the elephant in the room, that apparently Charlie doesn't address. It's NEVER consistent. On my second to last visit, the waitress was otherworldly! She was amazing and I made sure to compensate her via her tip for the stellar service. This last time? Horrible! Got my own silverware. Asked for a refill twice. Got the waitress chit chatting with a small circle of the crew not looking very productive. I'm sorry, but as a former waiter, I work too hard for my money to give incentive to that type of service. Once Charlie cleans house, I'll make it a weekly stop again. Otherwise, the inmates seem to run that prison.

Definitely worth the stop. My wife had the green chili cheese burger very delicious. I had the tacos and they were on point. The cookies are to die for. All in all a great spot to try if passing through.

The baked goods are huge and delicious! The apple fritter was one of the best I've had, and their eclairs are amazing. I didn't get a chance to try their homemade tortillas, but they smelled sending and they come off of a tortilla 'machine' and go right to the bag to sell. The staff we friendly, and the service was fast.

We then told the waitress and she told the manager. And the manager wasn't very accommodating to the situation and only removed from the ticket the plate that had the hair and gave a very small discount. We ended up paying $50 for food we didn't even eat.

We just ate there this morning and my brother found a hair in his borrito. This is a very disgusting thing to experience, and so we all lost our appetite and couldn't finish our food.

Found a hair in the food.
