First off renting a Uhaul through them has been the biggest hastle! I reserved it online and figured I was good to go. I went in to pay them and the lady told me because I am renting online she cannot insure I will have a Uhaul on the day I need it. So she made me cancel and go through her, (she does the reservation ONLINE)!!!! SHE also said if I cancelled and went through her my price would be locked in or she may even lower it. BIG LIE! She tried to charge me $100 more. And can't forget the "Governors" tax, which Uhaul agents have never heard of. It's a whole $200 more. The lady who owns the place is terribly rude. She will not let you get a word in your opinion doesn't matter! She treated us like garbage! Called 800 number they said everything she was doing was wrong...Fingers crossed all goes well but so far they are terrible. Wish I had saved myself the hastle!
I have never had a problem with Floyd's rental everyone that works there are awesome. i cant say ive ever met the lady that works there but my brother has and says she was very nice and helpful. So i give them five stars and more.
Costumer service has always been very rude.
