I alway go there for farm supply's and they always have what I need
As for my treatment by this manager I will NEVER return to Big R again. Words can not express the deep hurt he imposed on me as a customer all the while belittling and humiliating me when I'm already hurting. It is unclear if he understood his actions. It has completely turned me away from that store, and I will be giving all my business to the local Tractor Supply.
I suggest if you have issues, call for the head manager female. She is very professional and courteous and sensitive to her customers circumstances.
Big store, lots of stuff.Just about everything you need if you live in the country.
Clean store, friendly staff a large inventory, and reasonable prices.
Allways a good place
I am unsure if this issue I had within the store is related to management family or friends that live local within the area that I have had issues with. Even so, a person should not inflict his personal feelings on a customer. I can only assume that is why I was treated so crassly by the male manager who in a sense imposed his management Godhood on me as a customer. I can't really relay in great details about the incident as I have already learned that you will be attacked publicly from family members and friends whenever you speak out the truth - but I was belittled amongst his employees and other customers. I have never had an issue with this manager before this, he has always treated me and my family with kindness.
