Easy freeway access, yet quiet. Front desk help was friendly and had a snack of chips and cookies ready. Parking was great and plentiful since we had a trailer full of our move we could park right outside our window and watch our vehicle. Free WiFi and free breakfast. Also, the rates were very reasonable.
The handicap accessible bathroom has an awesome shower arrangement. I loved the built - in shower chair and the roll - in floor seal. I would like to see a place to temporarily store the shower head and maybe even an on/ off switch at the shower head.
The pillows were very comfortable too.
Almost everything about this hotel was awesome, comfortable, and great. We were given the handicap room (we're not handicapped) and the bathroom would flood with water during our showers. The shower wasn't sloped correctly and most of the water would go out to the bathroom not down the shower drain. The room doesn't come with enough towels to soak the water up yourself. If a handicapped person stayed here they would definitely slip or get hurt somehow. Handrails are everywhere in this bathroom so maybe not. The beds are SO comfortable! Best sleep ever! Everything about this stay was great except that shower. The room was spacious, the amenities were perfect, convenient, and the furniture was placed properly and there were enough outlets to charge all of our electronics. This place is pet friendly and super clean, you can't even tell it's a pet friendly hotel. Breakfast is great, you're able to help yourself to warm breakfast and cold breakfast.
I stayed here at the beginning of October and overall the experience was nice. The location itself is well maintained and clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. My only gripes are that some appliances didn't work, for example, some of the lamps didn't work and the A/C knobs seemed like they fell off at some point and that made it difficult to turn it to the setting I wanted. Other than that, my experience was good
Not sure what has happened since the last time we stayed here. The room was shabby, housekeeping did not clean our room the 3 days we were there. Had to ask them to bring towels and empty the trash. Very disappointing. The nachos that were provided consisted of chips, onions and jalapeños. No cheese. Chips and onions? The snake at the entrance on our arrival was a bad sign.
