We were traveling through this area and called ahead to have the pizza ready when we arrived. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating since we had a little boy who was turning 9 during our very long treck across country. The bathrooms were clean, which is a huge plus when traveling. We will be back when we make this drive again. Thanks to all who worked hard 8-11-17 night crew!!
The last visit I had, we had really bad experience. The building was extremely cold and the customer service was awful. It was extremely disappointing considering, I had a good experience the first time I had visited this location.
We are from out of town, hungry and tired. We looked online to find a place that was open to get food. Online stated that this Pizza Hut was open until 11:00. We pulled in to place a to go order at 10:11. As my husband started walking towards the doors another customer was walking out with their food. When the employees inside noticed him they quickly ran to lock the doors before he got to them. They did not have enough courtesy to tell him sorry we are closing. So my husband tapped on the door and asked are you closed and they replied in a not very nice tone yes. The door also stated 11:00 as the closing time. We kindly drove down the street to a Dominos we had seen on our way to Pizza Hut and the gentleman there kindly came out and informed us that their walk in was closed but that Their delivery was still open. Customer service and common decency is not what it use to be.
Good pizza Spaghetti & garlic toast not bread sticks garlic toast good...
U get one star because you won't bother to deliver 3 miles down the road north right past Walmart. Straight shot I live on the same road for God sake. I would walk but have a broken leg. Stars will go up when you can deliver to at least Storrie Lake. I walk it most days, it's not that far.
