Burgers are delicious and nicely sized. Orders take a while and I suggest to double check your order before leaving, to ensure it's accurate.
Very friendly people working quickly to fulfill your order. Bathrooms were clean and there was a big line happy customers moving fast.
This lotaburger can be hit or miss. The quality of the food seems to be inconsistent but still better than all the other fast food places in Vegas. The one part that is really annoying is that the employees love to leave the phone on (on purpose by the manager) so the line stays busy and they don’t have to take orders. It’s impossible to order something over the phone in the morning. You would think as a business would want to take as many orders as possible. It can also take 5 min or over 30 min to get an order but they won’t tell you the time it should be ready.
The food was good but they were slammed busy and messed up on my order 3 times. I waited 45 min. for a call in order.They could probably work faster if they had more space to move around. I felt bad for the workers. Blake's needs to step it up and build a larger Lota burger here in Las Vegas, NM. I
The food is always undercooked. The breakfast or the burgers. The potatoes are always raw in the burritos and the patties are always pink in the center. I really miss the Lotaburgers in Rio Rancho or Paseo in Albuquerque. Those grandmas put TLC in their food out of town, here in town these youngins' seem to not really care about quality or service.
