These guys are awesome! I was stranded, after getting out of the hospital, after a 5 rollover car accident, from 70-80mph wind gusts, that spun my front end, then flipped me 5 times. And I was in my Expedition, a tank. Gusts of high winds, I found out, are BAD in that area. My accident was at mile marker 387, I-25, southbound, between Raton, NM and Las Vegas, NM. The State Trooper, officer Pretlow, told me they have an average of 5 rollovers from the wind, each week, with 90% fatalities. I shouldn't have survived, considering it killed my dog, destroyed most of my belongings.

Everytime i went in the customer service was very rude. Not to mention they messed up my order 3 times which caused me to go to santa fe for my U-haul that added another $50 of gas to get. They did not reimburse for the trip.
The gentleman working there are GREAT. I broke down on.the side of the road and rented a auto transport and a come along from them. Was back on the road with in the hour. Thank you for your time and help...

Anyway, the staff at the U-Haul store, were wonderful and kind. They even have Western Union service there. They offer coffee, and other amenities, to make your visit more comfortable. I mostly remember the extreme kindness of the staff. My face all banged up, stitches, bruised, and lost and confused. But they were SO kind, it made me cry. God bless the people at the U-Haul in Law Vegas, NM. All the people I met there, were so kind and helpful, makes me want to relocate to Las Vegas, NM, just for the small town, caring, people I came across, during my hospitalization, and after discharge. I highly recommend these kind folks.....for they aren't just a business, they are wonderful human beings, too! Thank you!
Great costumer service, friendly helpful. They made made sure everything was on right and tight. I have used them 4 times now pick ups and drop offs were both awesome !

First off renting a Uhaul through them has been the biggest hastle! I reserved it online and figured I was good to go. I went in to pay them and the lady told me because I am renting online she cannot insure I will have a Uhaul on the day I need it. So she made me cancel and go through her, (she does the reservation ONLINE)!!!! SHE also said if I cancelled and went through her my price would be locked in or she may even lower it. BIG LIE! She tried to charge me $100 more. And can't forget the "Governors" tax, which Uhaul agents have never heard of. It's a whole $200 more. The lady who owns the place is terribly rude. She will not let you get a word in your opinion doesn't matter! She treated us like garbage! Called 800 number they said everything she was doing was wrong...How is she still in business?!?!
